Our IoT solution is attached to the side of the fish tanks and is continuously pumping water inside the device.
Each device is made of multiple cartridges which contain the technological core consisting of a combination of engineered living organisms, which can detect pathogens of interest, and a micro-electronic interface to transform the signals emitted by our cells and collect them in an online platform for further analysis.
Each cartridge can detect a different pathogen of interest. We are mainly focusing on:
- Tenacibaculum maritimum
- Aeromonas salmonicida
All data is visualized in a user interface to keep track of pathogen abundance and receive early warning alerts when an infection is about to occur.
